SiteIntel
BY LINKEYE
Outside-in visibility for sites, links and apps

See your network the way the internet sees it.

SiteIntel tests the reachability and experience of your applications and public IPs from vantage points across the internet, then tells you in plain language whether the fault is your link, the ISP's path, routing, or the app itself.

A ThousandEyes alternative from LinkEye

Where it breaks · Bangalore-DC (example) LIVE
Only Reliance Jio is affected. The site's other links reach the same vantage points normally, so the problem is on that path, not at the site. Failover is available.
Is it us, the ISP, or the app?Every issue is placed in a fault zone, so the right team gets the ticket the first time.
Can every city reach us?Probes run from several cities at once, catching faults that a single monitoring point never sees.
Did routing change?BGP and RPKI are watched for every address block your links use, with each event tied to a site and ISP.
Fault zones

Every slowdown gets an address on the path.

SiteIntel compares what your site sees with what outside vantage points see, then assigns each degraded app to the stretch of the internet that is responsible.

Diagnosis you can forward

Proof the ISP can't argue with.

When a link looks healthy to on-site monitoring but customers in one city can't connect, SiteIntel shows exactly which networks fail from which vantage points, and why.

  • Multi-city traces. Each link is traced from several cities, with the hop where paths turn red marked as the place to start.
  • Probe-aware verdicts. Loss on a router's own address is flagged as likely ICMP rate-limiting, so you don't escalate noise.
  • Routing ruled in or out. Each incident states whether a BGP change explains it, or whether the fault is in forwarding.
  • Copy proof. One click produces an evidence summary for the ISP ticket.

The platform

One view of links, routes, apps and experience.

Six modules share the same sites, ISPs and timeline, so an alert in one is already explained by the others.

How it works

Live in an afternoon. No hardware at the site.

Add sites and links

Enter each site's ISP circuits and public IPs. SiteIntel resolves the ISP, ASN and address blocks for you.

Pick the apps that matter

Choose SaaS apps or add your own URLs and IPs. Thresholds start from sensible defaults.

Probe from outside

Vantage points in several cities trace to each link and app, while BGP feeds watch your prefixes.

Act on the verdict

Each incident names the fault zone, the affected ISP and the failover option, with proof to forward.

SiteIntel and ThousandEyes

Built around your sites and the ISPs that serve them.

Cisco ThousandEyes made outside-in monitoring a category. SiteIntel takes the same idea and organizes it around the questions a network team running multi-ISP sites asks every day.
